Margaret Holloway
Chief Executive Officer
Margaret Holloway has served as CEO since 2019, bringing over 28 years of experience in industrial technology and advanced manufacturing. Before joining Heritage Nanotech & Iron, she held executive roles at Trident Industrial Corp and Bayer MaterialScience. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.
David Okonkwo
Chief Financial Officer
David Okonkwo oversees all financial operations, investor relations, and strategic planning for the company's $18 billion portfolio. He previously served as CFO of Westlake Chemical and spent a decade in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. He earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Howard University.
Sandra Kessler
Chief Operating Officer
Sandra Kessler manages global operations spanning 60+ countries and 45,000 employees, with a focus on operational excellence and supply chain optimization. She joined Heritage in 2012 after 15 years at Siemens Energy, where she led their North American industrial division. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.
Raymond Chen
Chief Technology Officer
Raymond Chen leads the company's technology strategy, R&D, and innovation pipeline across nanotechnology, smart grid, and IoT platforms. He co-founded NanoIron Research Labs in 1996 and stayed on through the acquisition to drive the company's materials science breakthroughs. He holds a Ph.D. in Nanotechnology from Caltech and over 40 patents to his name.
Patricia Vaughn
General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Patricia Vaughn oversees all legal affairs, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance for Heritage Nanotech & Iron's global operations. She previously served as Deputy General Counsel at Honeywell and practiced corporate law at Sullivan & Cromwell for over a decade. She holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
James Whitfield
President, Industrial Materials Division
James Whitfield leads Heritage's flagship Industrial Materials division, responsible for advanced steel alloys, nano-composite materials, and structural components. He has over 22 years of experience in metals and materials manufacturing, including senior roles at Nucor Corporation and ArcelorMittal. He holds an M.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
Anita Ramirez
President, Smart Grid Solutions Division
Anita Ramirez leads the Smart Grid Solutions division, overseeing the development of next-generation power distribution and grid management technologies. She joined Heritage in 2014 from ABB Group, where she directed smart infrastructure programs across Latin America and Southeast Asia. She holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
Thomas Brennan
President, Electrical Systems Division
Thomas Brennan directs Heritage's Electrical Systems division, which produces transformers, switchgear, and power management solutions for utility and commercial customers. He spent 18 years at Eaton Corporation before joining Heritage in 2016 and has managed product lines generating over $4 billion in annual revenue. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
Elena Forsythe
Senior Vice President of Sustainability
Elena Forsythe champions Heritage's Carbon Neutral 2035 initiative and leads all environmental, social, and governance strategy across the enterprise. She previously directed sustainability programs at Dow Chemical and the World Resources Institute. She holds an M.P.A. in Environmental Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
Marcus Leung
Vice President of Human Resources
Marcus Leung oversees talent acquisition, workforce development, and organizational culture for Heritage's 45,000-person global workforce. Before joining the company in 2020, he held HR leadership roles at General Electric and Deloitte Consulting. He holds an M.S. in Organizational Psychology from Northwestern University.
