IronVault BESS Commercial Battery Energy Storage

The IronVault BESS is a containerized, turnkey battery energy storage system designed for commercial and industrial demand charge reduction, renewable energy time-shifting, and grid ancillary services. Each 20-foot ISO container houses up to 2.5 MWh of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells with integrated battery management, thermal management, fire suppression, and a bi-directional inverter. IronVault systems can be paralleled for multi-megawatt installations and are managed through NanoGrid IQ for optimal dispatch.

The Heritage PowerGuard is a true double-conversion online UPS system available from 10 kVA to 1,600 kVA, providing zero-transfer-time protection against power outages, sags, surges, and harmonic distortion. Featuring IGBT-based rectifier and inverter technology with input power factor correction to 0.99, the PowerGuard draws clean sinusoidal current from the utility while delivering a tightly regulated output. Scalable N+1 parallel configurations and lithium-ion battery options deliver industry-leading power density and reliability.

The NanoConvert Series encompasses a range of power inverters, DC-DC converters, and bi-directional AC-DC converters optimized for renewable energy, battery storage, and microgrid applications. String and central inverter configurations handle solar arrays from 50 kW to 4 MW, while bi-directional converters provide seamless DC-coupling between batteries, PV, and AC loads. Silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFET topology delivers best-in-class efficiency exceeding 99% peak and reduces cooling requirements.
IronDC Platform DC Power Systems

The IronDC Platform is a modular DC power system that provides -48 V DC, +24 V DC, and 380 V DC outputs for telecommunications central offices, cell tower sites, utility substations, and emerging 380 V DC data centers. Hot-swappable rectifier modules, integrated battery management for VRLA and Li-ion strings, and comprehensive monitoring ensure always-on DC power with N+1 or greater redundancy. The platform supports loads from 50 A to 12,000 A in a single frame.
