Overview
NanoBuilding BAS is a comprehensive building automation system that integrates HVAC, lighting, fire/life safety interfaces, access control, and energy management into a single, scalable platform. Based on BACnet/IP with native support for Modbus, KNX, DALI, and LON protocols, NanoBuilding BAS enables smart building strategies including demand-controlled ventilation, daylight harvesting, optimal start/stop, and grid-interactive demand response. A cloud-connected supervisor provides portfolio-wide analytics, fault detection and diagnostics (FDD), and tenant comfort scoring.
